Prior to joining August Capital, David was a corporate and licensing attorney who represented and advised numerous Internet and enterprise software startups. David has worked with such companies as Yahoo, Six Apart, Evite, Tickle, PayCycle, Ofoto, When.com, WhoWhere?, DoneRight and Sonique.
